The Request
Create a Web site to allow users to register for
events at a reunion, and charge individuals different
amounts based on the year of their graduation.
The Answer
Cirring created a Web site that listed the events
occuring that reunion weekend and requested that alumni
log-in to identify themselves. Based on the user's year
of graduation, the System lists the prices for each events
at the reunion. The user can then make reservations, order
tickets, and pay on-line via credit card. The system is
easily administered from user-friendly, customized control
forms. The graphic design was inspired by the collateral
print material produced for the event.
The Bottom Line
The system allowed the end-client to get a Web site on-line
and taking reservations in short order. The highly-automated
functionality allowed them to have the logistics handled
by a much smaller staff than originally estimated.
